Virtual ADHD & Autism informed therapy that works with the way you actually function.

Executive functioning is not a measure of your character. Together, we can explore what gets in the way, what has helped before, and approaches that fit your real life.

Areas we might explore include:

  • Starting tasks and following through.

  • Time awareness, planning, and routines.

  • Transitions, decision-making, and overwhelm.

  • Motivation, energy, and momentum.

  • Sensory needs, burnout, and recovery.

  • Relationships, communication, and feeling misunderstood.

  • Your interests, personality, creativity, and strengths.

Your experiences deserve space,
curiosity, and understanding.

Getting to Know You

We begin with your experiences, personality, interests, strengths, challenges, and what you hope could feel different.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out or have the right language for what you are experiencing.

A Note from Autumn

Assessment-informed,
not diagnosis-focused.

Screening tools, questionnaires, existing assessments, and your lived experience can help us recognize patterns and inform our therapeutic work together.

We do not provide formal ADHD or autism diagnoses. If diagnostic clarification is something you are interested in, we can discuss appropriate referral options.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to explore your needs, understand yourself more deeply, or seek support.

As the Director of Anchor Point & Associates, I identify with autism and ADHD. I have travelled this path, and I understand how much it can matter to be met by someone who gets it.

I know how complicated it can feel to move through a world that does not always make room for the way your mind works. I also know there can be extraordinary creativity, depth, passion, and possibility in understanding yourself more fully. Your experience is your own, and our work begins with understanding what matters most to you.
