Meet Autumn
I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology this December 2026, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people understand themselves, heal, and feel more connected.
Â
Therapy with me is a space to come as you are: messy, uncertain, hopeful, or simply tired of carrying everything alone. I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to our work together so you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to reconnect with yourself.

A Background That Shaped My Heart for This Work
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a full-spectrum doula and treatment worker, supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments.

These experiences taught me the importance of presence, respect, and honouring each person’s story. They continue to guide the way I show up in my work every day.

About Autumn's Approach
Our work together is collaborative, relational, and grounded in safety.
I draw from approaches that can help you get to the heart of what you’re carrying.

AEDP LEVEL 1
We slow down, explore emotions together, and create space for experiences that support healing and connection.

IFS-Informed
We explore your inner world with compassion, getting curious about the parts of you that have learned to protect you.

Attachment-Focused
We consider how your relationships and earlier experiences shape the way you connect with yourself and others.

Somatic
We listen to what your body is communicating and move gently toward greater awareness, regulation, and grounding.

My Philosophy
Healing happens in relationships. When you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to show up as you are, something begins to shift.

I believe in meeting you with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect. Together, we’ll create space for meaningful understanding and the kind of change that feels true to you.
