How We
Work Together

Therapy is a collaborative process where we slow down, get curious, and create space for meaningful change.  Our work is relational, experiential, and tailored to you.

AEDP-Informed

We slow down and explore your emotions with curiosity, helping you better understand what you feel, need, and value.

IFS-Informed

We gently explore the different parts of you and the protective responses that may appear as overthinking, avoidance, or shutting down.

Attachment-Focused

We explore how earlier relationships may influence the way you connect, communicate, and experience closeness today.

Somatic and Experiential

We notice how emotions show up in your mind and body, always working at a pace that respects your comfort and consent.

A different kind of space.

A place to slow down, explore the patterns shaping your emotions and relationships, and understand the parts of yourself you may have learned to push aside.

Our Process

A thoughtful path toward understanding and suppor that fits.

Getting to Know You

We begin by learning about you, what has brought you to therapy, and what you hope our work together might offer.

You can share as much or as little as feels appropriate while we develop an understanding of your experiences, strengths, and preferences.

Exploring What Matters

Together, we explore the concerns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that are meaningful to you.

This may include noticing recurring patterns, understanding what feels difficult, and identifying the areas where you would like support.

Step 3 of the approach

Understanding Your Inner World

We become curious about the different parts of your experience, including your emotions, protective responses, needs, and the ways you have adapted over time.

Instead of rushing toward solutions, we create space to understand what might be happening beneath the surface.

Regulating and Reconnecting

We explore what helps you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself. This might include paying attention to physical sensations, recognizing emotional patterns, practising new responses, or noticing what helps you feel more settled.

Moving Forward Together

As our work continues, we reflect on what you are noticing, what feels useful, and what you would like to carry forward.

Your goals and needs may change over time, and our approach can adapt alongside them.
